Ready-mix Concrete Road Construction
Ready-mix concrete road construction utilizes a type of concrete which is either manufactured in a factory or batching plant, or then reached to a worksite with the help of truck mounted transit mixers. Ready-mix concretes are chosen over on-site concrete mixing for their precision and for reducing worksite confusion.
Ready Mixed Concrete (RMC) reaches at clients’ site in a freshly mixed and plastic or unhardened state. Concrete is a mixture of Portland cement, water sand, gravel or crushed stone, and all these materials are collected separately
to make concrete when ready-mix concrete is not utilized.
Ready-mix concrete holds lots of advantage over site mix concrete, thus favoured. Clients feel free from the burden of arranging for storage space for basic materials at site. At the same time, the need to hire plant and machinery and labour is reduced. Sites get free from wastage, noise and dust pollution. Time and money are also greatly saved.
RMC Concrete roads are far more superior to the usual bituminous type of roads. Regardless of being costly at the beginning, RMC roads maintain a long life-cycle and zero maintenance cost. These types of concrete roads maintain the life span of 40-50 years than 10-15 years of bituminous roads. Water drainage system
Water is a precious and most valuable natural resource, thus needs proper care.
